Stall Böckmann

The highest winning stallion in the world of his day in show jumping with more than 1.4 million D-Mark in prizes. He won competitions at venues all over the world under Thomas Frühmann.

A brief summary of his most prestigious victories: Three-time winner of the German Show Jumping Derby in Hamburg, the most difficult course in the world,  two-time winner of the Grand Prix of Germany in Berlin, winner in Aachen, etc. During his short breeding activities in 1981/82 he sired top show jumpers, including Gina Ginelli ridden by Franke Sloothak and Garfield ridden by Thomas Bartels, both of which were internationally successful. From his first crop after he retired from sport, two sons were licensed, one in Bavaria and the other in Oldenburg. Not only excellent jumping ability with an ideal bascule but also the well over average movement quality inherited by many of his offspring could be good for some surprises in dressage in the future as well. Grandeur, a guarantee in sport and breeding.
